在實(shí)際的蛋白分離、分析工作中,科研工作者經(jīng)常會(huì)遇到某些疏水性蛋白及聚合物改性蛋白在常規(guī)SEC柱上出峰狀態(tài)與理論不符的情況。針對(duì)此種情況,賽分科技在SRT系列色譜柱的基礎(chǔ)上,專門推出針對(duì)該類樣品的Sepax SRT-C SEC系列色譜柱。該鍵合固定相采用專利的表面修飾技術(shù),通過在高純度的硅膠基質(zhì)上鍵合均勻的納米厚度中性親水涂層而制備得到。由于采用可控的化學(xué)修飾技術(shù),確保了填料批間有著可靠的重現(xiàn)性。SEC填料采用化學(xué)鍵合技術(shù),表面親水涂層覆蓋完全,因此不僅具有優(yōu)異的穩(wěn)定性,而且對(duì)蛋白等生物樣品的非特異性吸附作用也非常小。同時(shí),大的孔體積保證了高的載樣量及優(yōu)異的分辨率。
